| Code | A Group Code (Max 20 Character) |
| Description | A Full Description for Group (Max 160 Character) |
| Active | Untick it if the selected Group code is unavailable |
| Set as Default | Click This button if wanted the selected Group Code to be Auto Assign this Group Code on New at Maintain Employee |
