Introduction

• Enable to record the transaction which to be process at the Process Payroll.

Pending 2012

Show the Current Year pending transactions in Monthly.

Pending Navigator

Show the Current Month Pending Transaction in Day View.

Show all Pending Payroll

Show all the pending payroll in Yearly.

With Transaction

Show Current Month which Type with Transaction.

Without Transaction

Show Current Month which Type which doesn't had the transaction.

Pending Transaction

• Pending Transaction are the transaction you enter the required transaction for the month, only process later.
• Pick the suitable Type you want to enter.

Field Name	Properties
Trans Date	Payroll entry date. Mostly will show current working date.
Post Date	Payroll Process Date.
Employee	Select Employee Code.
Code	Select OT Code.
Description	Description will follow selected code, may manually make the changes.
Work Unit	Enter total work unit done by employee.
Rate	Rate will follow selected code, you may manually make the changes.
