Description	Input the Project Name. Field type : Alphanumerical Length : 80
Description 2	Input the Alternate Project Name. Field type : Alphanumerical Length : 80
Project Value	Input the estimated Project Value. Field type : Numeric
Project Cost	Input the estimated Project Cost. Field type : Numeric
Active	Checked = Active Unchecked = Inactive
