Menu: Tools | Maintain Project...

1. Project can be use as Project Site or Departmental or Branches.

2. It is commonly use to apply the reports by Project.

3. It also very useful to get results from the project comparison of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement.

Field Name	Explanation & Properties
Code	Input the new Project code Field type : Alphanumerical Length : 20
Description	Input the Project Name. Field type : Alphanumerical Length : 80
Description 2	Input the Alternate Project Name. Field type : Alphanumerical Length : 80
Project Value	Input the estimated Project Value. Field type : Numeric
Project Cost	Input the estimated Project Cost. Field type : Numeric
Active	Checked = Active Unchecked = Inactive

2. Right click on the right panel (below Detail button).
